With the growing concern about the spread of Coronavirus and how it may impact our communities, the health and safety of our residents remain our top priority on all the campuses at Deaconess Abundant Life Communities. Infection control has always been a top priority for our organization and our dedication to providing a safe environment for our residents, and the staff who care for them, is unwavering. We continue to diligently monitor information and guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We remain committed to inform and educate, while remaining available to answer any questions residents and families may have.

We are here for you every step of the journey.

An unparalleled approach on care and communication.

In our Gardens Community at Rockridge, our life-enriching memory care program allows each individual to be empowered to live a lifestyle which embodies dignity and independence.

People-First Memory Support Education and Training

Building relationships at the Gardens begins with our high-touch, person-centered care, based upon a life-enriching holistic care philosophy. As we create bonds with intention and kindness, our goal is to elicit joyful interactions which resonate. Our intentionally built framework, which upholds teamwork, communication, and trust, allows our care team members to feel encouraged as they deliver care.

Daily team huddles and continuous educational sessions

Rich Programming

Our Life Enrichment Programming, under our Director, is modeled to facilitate each person's unique needs. We have worked as a team to develop thoughtful engaging activities that harness capacities and strengths. Our Gardens Community is one that embraces musical enrichment through offering a licensed music therapist who joins us each week to uplift spirits and create moments of happiness and peace.

Preserve Dignity for Aging in Place

The Gardens offers a true interdisciplinary team approach which includes a Garden's Director, clinical nursing team, onsite physician and NP who make weekly rounds to assess and collaborate with our team, a Life Enrichment Director, and a Director of Education and Training. Our goal is to remain in close communication with your care team and family at all times as we seek to provide care with a holistic approach.
